MMS OAT project

This is a market study conducted in Ghana to have an overview of the oat market. The aim was to gather firsthand insight about the available oat brands on the markets, including prices and how the current market operates and the general perception of the public on the consumption of oats. To achieve these objectives, structured questionnaires were designed targeting markets in two of the major cities in Ghana (Greater Accra and Kumasi in the Ashanti region) targeting Malls, supermarkets, major shops, public boarding schools, koko/bread sellers and the general public.
